What we collect

Only how the site is used

We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use this website: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (city level), the device and browser, and whether someone taps to call, email, get directions or request an appointment. Google sets cookies to tell visits apart. This information is not linked to your name.

We also use Google Ads conversion measurement to see whether our ads lead to calls and appointment requests. We do not use your visit to this website to show you advertising about a medical condition.

What we never collect

No health information in our analytics

The analytics on this site never receive your name, phone number, email address, your child's details or the reason you are contacting us. The appointment form does not send anything to our servers: it opens your own email app with the request filled in, and you choose whether to send it.

Your medical information

Covered by HIPAA, separately

Information you share with the practice as a patient or parent, by phone, email or in the office, is protected health information. It is handled under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which the office provides at your first visit and on request. This policy covers the public website only.

Your choices

Opting out

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center. The site works fully with cookies turned off. California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them and ask us to delete it; contact us using the details below.

Children

Written for parents

This website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
